- Detailed project scope, quotation, and schedule showing project phases
- Mutual specification sign-off
- Electrical design and simulation using a integrated design flow (analog, digital & RF)
- Layout, LVS, DRC, back annotation and re-simulation
- Masks, wafers, and engineering samples for customer acceptance
